During September, St. James Parish Schools celebrated Attendance Awareness Month. Regular attendance is vital for student success. When students attend regularly, starting as early as preschool and kindergarten, they have an opportunity to achieve academically and thrive.
All students were encouraged to submit a drawing highlighting “Why Attending School is Cool”. All drawings were submitted to the School Board Office and were randomly judged. All participants will receive a certificate. Winners will receive a gift card and will be honored at the upcoming school board meeting. Congratulations to all!!
