     SJPSB Technology Department has recently transitioned to a new help desk platform.  This was done to better serve and support not only staff and teachers but students as well.  The new platform is hosted by SchoolDude Solutions.  With this system, teachers and staff can track the progress of their technology work order, make requests, and submit trouble tickets.  There is even an online knowledgebase  that we are building to provide "how to "support to employees in the way of quick link stories and short videos.
To submit a technology work order click the "Staff Tech Ticket" link under quick links from the district homepage.
 Please see the video link below for instructions on how to create a new technology ticket. 
     For student support, students should click the "student Tech Ticket" link, which will take them to a fillable Google form.  After completing the form, the submit button will email the tech issue to the help desk system.  This Google form should only be used for student support since they do not have access to the work order system.  To access the student link now please see the link below.
